Denver Skyline at Dusk

So I've been watching to re-shoot my Denver skyline shot for a month now, but the weather has been gray and wet outside so I haven't had a chance to get a clean blue dusk sky. Finally this past Friday night I was able to get it and I was satisfied with the images I came out with. Here's a few I picked from the shoot. I also uploaded a shot I got across the street. It's the Ramada Inn.

Enjoy!

Goth Shoot

Marti is a makeup artist so we both decided to do a Goth Shoot together. She painted my face, and hers and we went outside into the cold night of our apartment building to take some shots. Here's a few from the shoot. Enjoy!

Garfield Lake

Well I was heading back home from my cousins house I stopped by this lake after sunset, and the pink cloud reflection on the lake was beautiful. Here's a shot I took. Enjoy!

The Nature and Science Museum, Red Rocks and Chautauqua Park

I went on a photo tour a few days ago and visited The Nature and Science Museum, and Red Rocks Park in Morrison, Colorado. Than we headed down to Chautauqua Park in Boulder.

I've uploaded a few images I shot. Enjoy!

Stanley Hotel Trip

Marti and I were planning to take a trip up to Estes Park a couple of weeks ago but we stopped short at the Stanley Hotel. On the way we stopped at a buffalo jerky stand and did some elk seeing. I saw a white building and said, "Is that the Stanley Hotel?" It was the first time Marti and I had been there. Apparently it's famous for a lot of people thinking it was the filming location of "The Shining" with Jack Nicholson. It was not. They scouted the location and the producer was unhappy with the location, so all the interior shoots were done in Oregon, and the outdoor shooting was done in England.

We took advantage of part of a free tour and than headed out. Enjoy the images!

O'fallan Park Shoot

O'fallan Park

Marti and I headed out to O'fallan Park to do a fun shoot of each other and the beauty around us. O'fallan Park is located just outside of Kittredge, Colorado which isn't to far from Morrison, Colorado.

I will be working on the images from my Christmas Vacation to Vegas this past December next.

Stay tuned for images!

First Denver Skyline Shot! Also Tex and Lucas, and the alley near Sante Fe.

Hey folks, hope everyone had a fantastic week and weekend. I did a couple shoots over the week. The first one was my first Denver Skyline shoot. It's right off of Speer and I-25 and it's a great view of Denver at night.

The other one was going down the graffiti-ed and painted alleys near Sante Fe. There was a cool painted fence with cartoon characters of animals that you can see above. Me and Marti were also driving through the alley and came across of a couple of homeless guys. We offered them warm chili and a few bucks and I asked to take their picture. I got really cool black and white of Tex which you'll also see above.

That's about all I have to update you on now, until than Ciao!

Wow. It's been a while. So many things to update the world on.

The title says it all. It's been almost four months since I've posted. I apologize to all my followers. A lot has changed and occurred since my last post. A lot! So let's jump into the now!

I started a new job a few weeks ago doing photo tours. I've only done training thus far, but the job description matches something i love to do. I basically take people on tours of different places and help them take better photos. So my official title is "photo tour guide." The different locations we go to are: Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, Garden of the Gods, Chit-aqua Park in Boulder, and Air Force Academy Chapel in Colorado Springs to name the major places. I work for a great Travel/Advertising/Editorial photographer, McCory James. I know he will help me get the ball rolling on marketing my Travel work!

I have a new girlfriend who is amazing. Her name is Marti. I moved in with my Dad, but am mostly staying with Marti. I visited my mom for Christmas, and will be uploading some photos from that trip ASAP. Other notable trips since the Vegas trip are: The Stanley Hotel, repeat trips to Garden of The Gods and Red Rocks. Photos will be uploaded ASAP from those trips as well.

So that's pretty much what's occurred up to now. Pffffhhheeewww! Today i did a graffiti shoot with Marti, at a cool graffiti wall off of Larimer. Got some good shots, and i posted the top 10.

That's all for now, so until next time blog ya later!
