Reshoot of Ad Campaign for New Era Paint

Well i'm back! After about 5 hours of reshooting the ad campaign for new era paint. Man did I have a hassle but man did I get 4 really strong images. Without furtherado here they are!!!!! Enjoy!

Well it's about 8:30am Denver time and i'm just chilling here with our husky Sky. He's beautiful. I'll post some pics soon. Anyways today will be another busy day!

Remember that ad shoot i did for New Era Paint the store I work for. Well I'm going to reshoot it today. Going to leave here around 9:45am. I want to do something more unique and kind of get the point across that the paint is infact environmentally friendly and non toxic. So to do that i had the idea of, with the help of my teacher to have a plant growing out of the paint to get that point across. The Intro

Well, Hello world and welcome to my photo/personal blog. I will be updating my blog as frequently as possible and post recent images I have produced. Just to give you a little intro on me, My name is Angelo Miguel Lucero, I am of Mexican/Native American descent along with a little bit of French (at least that's what my grandparents say....., and I was born in Denver, Colorado, where the majority of my family lives. I was than relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada with my father and mother where I grew up and resided for 16 years. My parents divorced when I was 5 and my Dad moved out to California. I completed all my K-12 school in Las Vegas, NV, and Henderson, NV where I attended different schools including Silvestri Middle School in Las Vegas, NV, Bob Miller Middle School in Henderson, NV, and Coronado High School in Henderson, NV.

I moved to Alameda, California which is in the Bay Area when I graduated high school to reside with my father who though i didn't mention before is an Artist/Painter/Graphic Designer. He has been an important part of my life mainly because he is who fueled and brought out my artistic talent and drive, and it has brought me back here to my home town of Denver, Colorado where I am currently studying Photography at The Art Institute of Colorado. While in California I really got a chance to find myself through spirituality and connect with my inner self. I believe this is important, and is something everyone at some point in their life should do. This is how I found my passion for Photography and I thank my parents and family for supporting me through the good times and bad to this point. As I said before I moved to Denver which was in September of 2007 and have been through different living situations, part-time jobs, and most of all GIRLS!. I am happy to say I am currently in a relationship with my girlfriend Gabriel Brown from Alaska! We have been together for 1 year and 2 months now.(you will see various images of her throughout my blog, she is the beautiful red head with freckles) ; )

Currently

I am in my 8th quarter at the Art Institute and am currently in Advertising Photography class, and Survey of Photography class. Im at the point where I should know what I want to shoot, and where I want to take my photography careeer. I have had an epiphany with the help of my survey teacher and am confident on pursuing a career in........................................................................................ TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHY! I love the idea of being a travel photograher because not only can I travel the world and visit many unique and beatiful places, but meet different people from different backgrounds and cultures, and also taste different foods etc..... You will see as I update the blog site my different journeys!

I also work at the Art Institute of Colorado Library Help Desk where I am going use my spare time to input into this blog! Also might I add Angela Faris-Belt's(An instructor at my school) book "The Elements of Photography is a great book and I reccomend anybody remotely interested in photography should buy it... I just looked at it for the first time today. I will buy it when im not poor lol!
