Denver Skyline at Dusk

So I've been watching to re-shoot my Denver skyline shot for a month now, but the weather has been gray and wet outside so I haven't had a chance to get a clean blue dusk sky. Finally this past Friday night I was able to get it and I was satisfied with the images I came out with. Here's a few I picked from the shoot. I also uploaded a shot I got across the street. It's the Ramada Inn.

Enjoy!

Goth Shoot

Marti is a makeup artist so we both decided to do a Goth Shoot together. She painted my face, and hers and we went outside into the cold night of our apartment building to take some shots. Here's a few from the shoot. Enjoy!

Garfield Lake

Well I was heading back home from my cousins house I stopped by this lake after sunset, and the pink cloud reflection on the lake was beautiful. Here's a shot I took. Enjoy!

The Nature and Science Museum, Red Rocks and Chautauqua Park

I went on a photo tour a few days ago and visited The Nature and Science Museum, and Red Rocks Park in Morrison, Colorado. Than we headed down to Chautauqua Park in Boulder.

I've uploaded a few images I shot. Enjoy!

Stanley Hotel Trip

Marti and I were planning to take a trip up to Estes Park a couple of weeks ago but we stopped short at the Stanley Hotel. On the way we stopped at a buffalo jerky stand and did some elk seeing. I saw a white building and said, "Is that the Stanley Hotel?" It was the first time Marti and I had been there. Apparently it's famous for a lot of people thinking it was the filming location of "The Shining" with Jack Nicholson. It was not. They scouted the location and the producer was unhappy with the location, so all the interior shoots were done in Oregon, and the outdoor shooting was done in England.

We took advantage of part of a free tour and than headed out. Enjoy the images!
